Annual Conference

The conference is the highlight of the BDA year; gives you a chance to have face to face networking with members nationally.

All Full and Chartered members receive an internet listing on the BDA web directory “MyDesigner” (see a typical listing page on the right). The listing is fully controlled by the individual members who can regularly update the details. Each listing can contain project images, a resume of work, the designers profile and all contact details as well as links to other web sites.

Design Awards

Participation in the annual design awards will promote your business.

State and Territory Chapters conduct annual awards with all Winners going on to compete in National design awards – these National Awards are normally announced as the highlight of the Annual Conference.

Consumer Awareness

BDA fosters consumer awareness and confidence in its members and actively promotes Building Designers to the public via the media, internet and exhibitions.

BDA runs a referral scheme - the public are now increasingly aware of the importance of using the services of a BDA member.

BDA Full and Chartered Members may use the BDA name & logo on their business stationery and are entitled to use the appellation MBDA after their name.
